Just wondered for those of you who keep your horses on part livery, or those of you who work on livery yards, what hours are the staff present for those on part livery?

Just curious as a friend is looking for part livery and seems to have found quite a variation in hours! Thanks

ETS - I worded it badly so have re-worded it, sorry!

Any time I like really!
I can go up any time after 6AM and have been to the yard as late as 11PM, although if it is any later than 9PM I don't park in the main carpark as there are employees on site and I don't want to wake them up with the car, so I park around the corner and walk from there.

Current Yard - No restrictions. We all can lock unlock facilities and come and go whenever we want. It was one of the (many) reasons I went there and its brilliant compared to my old yard with restrictions.

ETA. Answer to other question. Staff are there from about 8.00am until about 11.00am then again in the evenings from about 3.30 in winter/4.30 in summer until whenever really.

Aaah I see - 7-7 ish (although YM seems to only work until around 4 which is annoying as I need to moan at her...!) but some live on site so there all the time.

I'm on assisted DIY livery. The yard is run by two part-time yard managers, who both freelance as well, so are not there 24/7.

In the morning, they are from 6am and in the afternoons from about 3/3.30pm and late night checks are done at night.

Liveries are quite free to come and go as they please though!

We have a full/part livery yard and liveries are welcome to be here at what ever hour they wish. If they let us know theyre going to be up earlier than 8am then we will feed the yard early unless they are happy to do it themselves. All horses are fed at 6pm but they can ask for them not to be fed so they can feed after riding later.
