Hello, we have two 12 x 12 indoor stables available in a new barn conversion, with storage areas also, 5 acres of grazing split into various paddocks being shared with 4 others horses which will be used all year, limited in winter, we have amazing hacking but no other facilities, my question would be we are considering offering part livery services to someone but unsure what would be a fair amount to charge, the services being offered are stable, grazing, giving morning feed and hay if required, turn out inc rug changes both ends of the day, full muck out on straw bedding, giving fresh water, making hard feeds and haynets, bringing in, cleaning legs, picking feet, tucking in for the night with night feed and hay, bedding, hay and hard feed not supplied but we are happy to arrange for the delivery of it all and store/stack it all for them, fields will be poo picked for them also, this will be offered 5 days a week mon-fri, what would be an acceptable amount to charge for this? Thank you.
 
Your problem is going to be 6 horses on 5 acres. Unless you are the very best draining land then you are going to struggle for turnout. So on the assumption the horses may have to be on restricted turnout through winter then I can't see a massive market given you don't have a school. How are working owners supposed to get their horses exercised?

That said, if you find yourself a happy hacker livery who can ride during the day, I would say £75 per week. I have based that on £25 for the box and £10 a day for the labour. But depending on where you are located you may need to price it less to attract people.
 
Personally I'd be looking more at £50 per week - I pay £85 for 7 day muckout with all feed/hay/bedding included. We have a floodlit sand school, and good hacking plus 12 acres for 8 horses and ponies.
 
Hugely dependent on where you are. I get all that and an all weather floodlit arena and horse walker for £85pw but even within 15 miles of us you can pay 70-100 for it. I would definitely try 'shopping' locally to get a feel and knock a chunk off for lack of facilities unless you have people that can ride in the day.
