Part livery in Stafford/Shropshire with childminding offered

Hi everyone I'm doing a bit of market research I've recently moved to the midlands and am setting up a livery yard. I ran one in the south but am not sure what people charge for full or part livery in this part of the world. I am also going to offer childminding in the package. It is only going to be a small yard so can't have any DIY.
I think it has quite good facilities for its size. 25x40m arena hot/cold wash bay and solarium lorry/trailer etc.
Hope this gives a vague idea what's on offer and what you think people would pay. I would also like to know where would be best to advertise.
Any input would be greatly appreciated?

Sounds like a great idea! Where abouts are you? I'd be interested and I'd happily let you know what other yards in the shrops/staffs borders are offering and charging

I'm based between Newport and Eccleshall. I'd love to hear any thoughts you have. We are also having a fenced off play area within view of the area so parents can ride and see their children at the same time. I have 2 children so know how torn you can feel trying to do horses and make sure they are safe and happy.

Just in case you did not know this you may need to register as a child minder if you are not already registered depending on how long and how often the children are with you.

Thanks I did know. It is only if you are looking after them for longer than 2hrs and if they are under 8. I'm hoping no one is planning on going on an all day hack
I think 2 hrs would be enough time for a decent hack. But I do need get all the info I can and there could easily be something I've missed out.
