Just one question 
The pony is going on part loan to be ridden by a 14yo, on the (bhs) contract drawn up stating the usual dos and don'ts etc for part loan do I put the riders name or the mothers as the borrower? Wasn't sure because of her age, or doesn't it matter? Thank you
