What is it with more and more adverts asking people to do this? Just having a browse through t'internet, and there is one such advert, for a tb who owner is nervous about getting back on 'following a bad fall' mare has had back problems, bitting problems, not long out of racing, described as quirky etc......and guess what, not only does owner want help (nothing wrong with that!) But the lucky person who takes her up on this offer can do so at the bargin price of £25 per week!!

Bonus. I have recently been offered free riding on an unbroken youngster, up until it has basic schooling, don't have to pay, owner will accept free lessons instead. I felt I would be taking advantage of such a generous offer & sadly had to decline.

My potential sharer felt that Hippo was too fast, and too tough a ride to be fun...I get where they were coming from, TBH:o

I need to find an adrenaline junkie, lol!

Oh dear, does that mean that nobody will want to pay me for the privilege of bringing on my youngster for me? I'd like her schooled up to advanced medium dressage and competing cross country by the end of the summer oh and she hasn't started jumping yet. Do you think I could get someone to pay me £25 a week for this?? ;) x

Haha lots of my previous part loans I realised I was basically reschooling them when the owner had left them outin the field too long and they were too mental on the roads, then they had the grace to offer me the chance to buyfor a grand more than original price, so generous! Most I didn't pay but I actually did for the worst one, but it was my fluffy side not wanting to leave her to whatever fate may lie ahead...
