16 year old girl looking for a yard job or part loan.
Huddersfield based but willing to travel for the right person/horse.
I am around 5'8/5'9 and weighing around 11stone. I am very friendly and respectful and will do what I'm told/asked of.
I have worked previously on riding school yards, for the past 2 years I have worked for a lady on her own yard and part loaned 2 of her horses. However circumstances have changed so I am now looking for either a new part loan or a yard job - I don't mind either.
As well as working on other yards, I have owned my own horse and I am fully aware of what is involved and I am by no means silly or stupid around them. I am quite mature for my age! I love to help people and horses, so I will do whatever I'm asked of and do it to the best of my ability!
I personally think I am better suited to chunkier horses such as cobs (hence the name
& owned a traditional heavy weight), Irish draughts etc but I have loaned an ISH and thoroughly enjoyed her! I am quite long legged, hence my height so I'm usually put on horses 15.3hh+. The Irish sport I loaned was a 16.3hh hunter and I was able to take her on farm rides, cross country courses and school her with no issue. I have done very small home competitions in dressage and jumping, being placed each time. I also loaned another cob. He was my project to school and get fit, ready re homing as he wasn't what his owner was wanting. However, I am open to offers. I will look after anyones horse as if it was my own.
Reason for posting on here is because I've had no luck on preloved or fb or word of mouth so I thought I should try opening a thread on here as this is what some people seem to have more luck with!
