Do you think someone would want to part loan a horse that can be hacked lightly?

I'm sure that as long as its sensible and isn't going to go lame every 5 mins you will find people that are interested in just hacking

Yes they do, I part loan a horse who I only hack but we do a lot of fast work. Although I have a friend looking for just a light hack to plod around on so there are definitely people out there

Yes I part loan myself but wouldn't go for a light hack. But i'm sure theres lots of people out there who love horses but aren't interested in much schooling for whatever reason - just want to be able to care for and have a bit of a ride on now and then. I have seen a lot of ads out there for this kind of horse so would expect the cost of the part loan would need to be quite competitive.

Yes I have a friend who has just part loaned her older horse just for light hacking a few times a week, there are plenty of people out there who are looking for all sorts of horses to ride. Good luck!
