Seems to be very little re this ligament.
Does it have an alter ego...am I googling the wrong thing?
Anyone had this happen...basically a huge windgall popped up. Scanned and vet said partially detached flexor retinaculum. Horse now on walk work only and icing.
Windgall has decreased over last 2 weeks but not to what it was yet. But I understand 2 weeks is early days.
Horse did occasionally 'stumble' on that leg so assume that something was brewing.
Horse is completely sound inc flexion test when that tendon sheath was flexed prior to scan.
