passport advice

was talking to someone yesterday who has a young horse without a passport, its dam is ID/TB and its sire is anglo arab. due to a death in the family this horse never got registeered with any breed soc ie part bvred arab or whatever.

what agencie would you recommend using? a general one or ive been trying to download a form for her for basic ID off the sporthorse gb site but its notdownloading.

wetherbys do a non tb passport and it used to be that if you were insured with petplan you could get it cheaper. I know foals now have to be microchipped when applying for a passport you may find you will have to get this horse done as well.
