Okayyyy, this may seem like a silly question but can you change your passport organisation to a different one?
The thing is, ive had my horse for nearly 2 years, ive still not changed ownership (ino its terrible) but i have actually tried!
She is registered with the irish cob society so i called, emailed countless times. Ive recently been told they have been shut down or closed?
Someone told me the ipsa had took over them, however i emailed them, they didnt get the licence, they thought that (some other comany, cant remember the name however!) had got the license, SOOO i emailed them, they said they havent yet been advised of this.
It's getting quite annoying now though, ive been trying to change ownership for ages now and still not managed it! Hence my original question of changing passports all together as it would be so much easier?
Sorry its quite long winded haha! Any help welcome and muchly thanked!
-While im here might as well throw in another question. BSJA-Does your horse have to be an actual breed and have known bloodlines for you to register with them? Sound like another silly question but again, any help welcome
If you managed to get through all that, THANKS and please feel free to post any information at all you think may help
