Passport help please! Hanoverian

Evening all....... i have had my boy since January and he has a foreign passport, he is registered hanoverian and is branded.
I cannot find a section in his passport that states his owner (but its in German) and have emailed the European Stud book in the netherlands who have told me to post them the registration form (yellow form they say?!?!?!) and the passport itself. I replied asking about the yellow form as i do not have this and am yet to hear back. I am reluctant to send the original passport. However i will if its necessary. Does anyone have any advise on this? I have been told different things by people different people.....and ended up more confused than i started!!! Thanks in advance.......

Thank you, have read that but cant find his DE number only his chip number........

In that case then, I'd send them an e-mail. I'm pretty sure if anyone can help, they can.

I would phone them (the original passport issuer) if you can find the number, they speak English better than many English people and it is easier to get the information you need.
