Passport Help!

So, I tried to get my name on Ned's passport but so far have been unsuccessful. S.T.A.G.B.I were incredibly helpful, though sadly they couldn't change it.

Apparently, his passport is from the Gypsy Cob Society and it also says UKSRA on the front, I have no idea what that means though!

Any one have any ideas?

I believe UKSRA are to do with Standardbred racing.

or update horse passports.
Gypsy Cob Society passports
issued or updated before
25/10/2010 remain valid. The
Lipizzaner National Stud Book
Association of Great Britain
have taken over administration
of these passports
