passport name pronouncing!

If your horse known by another name than the one on its passport. And no one has actually pronounced the name to you, is it just a guessing game!? Lol
Omg I must sound really stupid!
Anyway my horses registered name is Ediakara.
Would you say this is how it's pronounced regardless of spelling?

I thought it was Eddie-a-Kara but now I'm not sure!
She's Hannoverain, she has a Dutch passport.

No i have a horse that is known as a name other than the passport one but thats because her name is Kildare Pet.
