Passport number?

hi, this might be a daft question but I need to put my horses's passport number on a form and I can't work out which number it is. The yard have sent me a picture of his passport and I can see a Unique Life Number, a transponder code (I would guess this is his microchip number?) and a serial number at the bottom of the page.

Which counts as his passport number?!

It will be the ULN

As Ihatework said, it's the unique lifetime number, listed as a UELN in my horses passport.
