Passport problems

Hi everyone my name is Jane and I’m new on here looking for advice/ contacts for passport information. I have just brought a pony who came from France so has a French passport, and I’m having trouble getting the owners details changed. I sent it to the British Equestrian Federation who sent it back as it hasn’t got an ownership section. I have contacted France who say England can only do this. So I’m stuck where to get a duplicate with ownership section, as most I have looked at will only do a duplicate if they issued the passport in the first place. Any suggestions or contacts would be great! I’m getting really upset as I want to go places and I can’t until this is sorted!

I think you may want to try asking your question in the tack room for a wider audience. It may be helpful if you can add any information about who the current passport was issued by.
