Passport question?

Am trying to enter Bella for the BEF, but where is the passport number!!!
Is it her breed no?
Her mircochip no?
Struggling to find any other number!!!!
It's an AES passport

Also they don't have the breed socitey that my filly sire is registered with, should i contact them or just put other passport? it's the FPS!

Never been very good with forms/paperwork etc

In the case of the AES its the reg no (which begins with 06. if she is a 2 year old)

Best put Other but what is the FPS?
