Iam a tad confused.... I've just been sent Pennys passport, change of address and ownership I can just about cope with, but as Penny has been micro chipped I have to change the address of that too....
So, I rang up the number, only to be told they don't deal with 'these kind of chips', can't access the details but gave me a contact number...
So, I rang the number only to be told that I have to send the form in (recorded message) --- WHAT FORM, I don't have a form... then the recorded message goes on to state I have to have something signed, and a hand written letter and sent to *insert very quickly read out address*... after 3 attempts, I've got the address, Anibase in York... but all this sounds like a performance and a half.
Question is, can I not change the micro chip ''owner'' and therefore don't do the anibase thing? The original number I rang up would have just changed the details on the computer, and Anibase seem, ummm, 'different', I think I have to pay £6, but again that was very rusty and iam not sure if I've got the jist of it!!... Are they good?
(ps, should say this is my first experience of micro-chipped ponies!)
