Not sure about initial application, but I just had my details put in my boy's passport and it took about 4 weeks to get back

It must depend on the Agency doing them, I've had from 2 days to about a month.

HSI were within a week and that's with post to and from Ireland; I have waited months for both CHAPS and AHS before now. SHBGB aren't too bad either can't say about any warmblood issuers.

I sent mine off to Ireland (Horse sport Ireland) for update in ownership and I received it back within a fortnight.
