I have just bought a trakehner with a german passport. Is there someone in the uk that can authorse name change, or do I have to send it back to germany
Exactly the direction i was going to point you in, but beware sending your passport if you need it back quickly cos last time mine went for an alteration it took 5 months to come back!!!
