Passport

Hi all

I had my horse put down but totally forgot to send the passport off as only just been sorting stuff out. I have searched and it says it meant to be sent off within 30 days. I am way over that, will I get a fine for not following rules?

I have never had a letter asking for one back, some of them would be over 40 now. I wouldn't worry.
