How do you re-apply for a passport?
Mare has a JMB passport.. but it doesnt have section 9; which all passports now need.
when reapplying are the horses remeasured?

as her last measurement was when she was 3/4 and she is now 19.
any information would be great

Just ring up your passort issuer and ask but normally they'll just add the pages you need.
