Pastel portraits

One of the local RDA ponies has recently died. We would like to get a pastel picture done of her for her owner. Northamptonshire/Buckingham area. I had a portrait done years ago by someone called Cate Delar? In Buckingham but can’t track her down. Can anyone recommend anyone else? Not megabucks but able to do a good representation? Thanks

Pilar larcade is INCREDIBLE though not sure if she does pastels.
But I have commissioned things from her twice now in different mediums and both times the results were tear jerkingly incredible.

Suggest you Google "Animal portrait artists Buckinghamshire " or "Animal portrait artists Northamptonshire " Both searches brought up a fair number of names!
