Pastern dematitis/chapped fetlocks

Hi, my grey Arab has pink skin on his lowerlegs and he's prone to chapping in the area between his heel + fetlock. I've been mudblocking every morning before turning out for months to try and prevent it. So far, he has no mud rash + I've managed to keep the chapping at bay on his fronts but i can't seem to stop it on his hinds + it's getting worse.

Does anyone have any experience with this + if so, please could you advise me on a better cream for this condition.

He's stabled at night but out in the day.
