Anyone used them before?
I ordered a stud guard girth at £124 and got an email 2 days later saying it wasn't in stock - I was given the option of a replacement (@ £69) with a partial refund or a full refund.
Originally I opted for the replacement stud guard and asked about stirrup leathers to make up the amount but have had absolutely no reply (last contact was Thursday at 1400). Yesterday, I emailed to say that I wanted my money refunded as they hadn't replied to me.
I've also phoned the 0845 number from the email and got an answer machine.
Starting to think I've just lost £124
but Im hoping that they've just been really busy and not gotten back to me - very frustrating though..
