Patchetts EC CLOSING??

all I keep hearing is that Patchetts is closing down, could anyone inform me why ?? what a fantastic show ground it was ! who agrees??

Yes, there is another thread on here, maybe worth a look.

I believe the site is being sold and they will be building houses on it - as to why, I would think increasing costs and not enough profit.
