Not sure how massive the interest will be, but thought I'd post here just in case it appeals to somebody
Whilst dossing around on the internet and avoiding real work today, I noticed that Patricia McConnell is holding a two day seminar in Edinburgh in September
Topics are naturally specific (first day is canine-canine aggression, and canine-human aggression. The second day seems to be focused on human and canine emotion and the effect this has on human-canine communication/relationships/training- largely based it seems around the content of the latest book).
Anyways, I thought I would share for those in the area/interested/working with dogs that had an interest in her particular approach to canine behaviour. It is seemingly the only European seminar she is holding/appearing in this year. And since conferences and seminars related specifically for canines don't happen every weekend I thought I'd give it a mention
Anyways the official site with the Edinburgh dates is here http://www.patriciamcconnell.com/september-2011.html
And booking forms can be requested from the email held on this page... http://www.action4dogs.co.uk/patricia_mcconnell.htm
I'm probably going, so if anyone should be dropping in, look out for a short arse with curly, purple hair
