Has anyone here worked with or ridden any of his offspring? I have just started working with one of his sons, and he is very hot and tricky, but also extremely talented. Just wondering if this is a typical feature of these bloodlines if anyone knows them? Just hope that this horse can be chanelled- it remains to be seen wether he is trainable enough...

I have a home bred rising 6 year old by him, wouldn't describe him as the easiest horse as he can be bossy, self-opinionated and incredibly stubborn but is talented so is usually forgiven! Just get that feeling that he is always planning what naughty tricks to spring upon me next.

Top Tiger himself was lovely, he had the most fantastic temperament in the box, which luckily my boy has inherited.

i haven't personally ridden one but i know Helen Wilson's Tip Top Tiger is by him. I've only seen him ridden at home a few times and he looked lovely sorry if thats no help whatso ever xx

I put my IDx mare to him and bred a lovely foal, which they bought back from me (and the mare). They put him to her again a couple of times and got nice foals. From what I can gather, it rather depended on the mare. The stallion himself was immensely talented with a lovely temperament. Have you looked at the temperament/trainability of the damsire of your horse?

I have a 12 year old mare by him. I love her to bits-had her 9 years now she is so honest and willing to learn. Great temperament and manners. Wouldn't change her at all. He was PTS wasn't he?
