Well the shooting season has started - yay - and of course one of the spaniels has decided she has precious princess paws
I think that when I take her to the beach the salt is drying out and irritating her pads, I do wash them off afterwards, and she loves the beach so would really like to think I can find a way around the problem so that we can continue doing so.
My question is, does anyone have any recommendations for something to use as a barrier and also something so to put on the pads when they get a bit dry?
Would something like sudocrem or vaseline be suitable? I realise I don't want to be softening with human hand creams. Many thanks.
