How do I refund a buyer using paypal once I have withdrawn the money from my account??

you will have to have the money put back into your paypal account it take 7 to 10 days, then refund them, it is easier to send them a cheque

Actually you don't necessarily need cleared funds in your paypal account. As long as you have linked your paypal account to either a credit card or your bank account. That's how I work mine and it just extracts money from my credit card whenever I buy anything so the same would apply it you are doing a refund.
