PC dressage rules

i'm doing an 'open' PC combined training (stroud PC), and was wondering what the rules are re: dressage.

firstly am i allowed to carry a whip? wear spurs?

and secondly, my mate uses a bit with two metals is that allowed?

That's assuming that CT takes the rules from each discipline.

So yes to whip, spurs - well if you are a member without your B Test you need written permission from your DC and I'm not sure about if you are not a member, and a mix of metals is fine but the bit itself must conform to those styles shown in the rules. Hackamores or bitless bridles not permitted.
