PC Experts - HELP!

Okay - it's not really a horsey thing but Lounge is the most popular read so thought I'd put this in here in the hope that someone can help me before I go mad! My PC went mad the other day and to cut a long story short - have had to install different virus software. Now, my emails on my Outlook Express is fine, but when I go into my Yahoo account (which I do every night as there are always the odd email I need slipped into that one into Spam), I can't read who the Spams are from. I've tried going into various menus to edit etc etc but can't come up with how the list showing who the Spams are from? Come on experts - just how do I do it? My computer man is away now so I can't ask him. At the moment, it shows I have a list of Spams and two of them might be ones I actually need. Help please.

Forgot everyword aout Gareth - wish I'd remembered. The ***** PC has been going mad all week and lost loads of stuff. Got a mate round to try and sort it out and basically, he made it worse! I've now got most of it sorted out, but do have a query with my Yahoo New Mail I've got going as well as Microsoft Outlook, so may email you as soon as I get a chance. Better go now, dinner is burning! Hope all okay. Kerry just back out of hospital.
