Theres the Morpeth Hunt, The Percy (Hunt?), and the Tynedale which are all fairly local- not sure of contact details though, sorry.
Although, I'm sure Charlotte Ridley of Park End Equestrian Training Centre is involved with one or more of them so might be able to help.

The Pegasus centre at Morpeth have a pony club for children who don't own their own horse
