Why on earth do people have it in there heads that livery yards have no resposibility , any livery yard can draw a contract to what they want , it is up to you to agree or disagree.
Any livery yard no matter what , is acountable for your safe being your horses safe being , for theft , injury , loss , damage , and such , when money changes hands always ask for a reciept , in all cases , this is a contract . if they refuse you can presume they are not declairing there income , it is all self evident , your horse has it rights too any you ow it to your self to stop livery yards holding thretts over your head , you do have rights.
