Pedigree help--Happy Times

According to the Badminton website, he's a British-bred Oldenburger (OLD) by Heraldik xx out of "Hauptstutbuch" Mandy who is supposed to be a Westfalian mare.

In order to determine his xx percentage, knowing which Mandy is essential. NED has no pedigree info on him; neither does the FEI.

Does anyone here know anything more about his pedigree? Or how to contact Sam Griffiths by email to ask?

And how would a British-bred horse by a TB sire standing in Germany and out of a Westfalian mare get inspected and registered OLD?

I think Happy Times is German bred, bought through the Brightwells Addington sales.

No help with the breeding I am afraid. Brightwells may have a record of it.
