Pegasus Mats

I have had mats from them and they were very good to be honest. Money paid and deliver3ed a few days later as promised. The mats are superb as well!!
 
I have purchased these mats and at 1st they seem fine - but two months later and they are literally collapsing and have lost their bounce.

I am currently trying to contact the seller as they are clearly not fit for purpose.
 
Can't comment on the Pegasus mats but rubber quality for stable mats has definitely changed over the years. I fitted stable mats back in 2000, they lasted well over 10 years before they showed significant wear and needed to be replaced. I ordered from my original supplier but they started to wear literally in just a few weeks – bear in mind my horse was now retired and had no shoes. They were replaced under guarantee and the replacement ones did the same, eventually got my money back. I think is was something to do with a change in the source of rubber, never did get to the bottom of it. I finally bought some from www.kraiburg.co.uk. Not cheap but not as expensive as I’d thought they would be considering that a very nice man came over to the island to deliver and fit them and they are still fine. I’d certainly hate to be without my rubber matting. (My sheep have got the old mats and haven't complained either!).
