Saw an old advert for this yard on the internet. Does anyone know this yard? Is it the only yard on the B4308 as I had a look on google earth and there seems to be a nice gated yard there with a brick built mounting block outside and what looks to be a nice sandschool too on the RHS as you enter the gate, not sure if this is the same yard? Does anyone know livery yards in the area as starting to look for livery as relocating this year to wales.

I don't really know many liveries but if you're on Facebook you can join these two groups, which have lots of members from the area, and I'm sure if you ask there'll be plenty of people who can help you.

Thanks hun, didn't even think to post on FB. I have resorted to trawling potential areas on google earth for sandschools (pretty easy to spot), then zooming into ground level and seeing if I can find a yard name on the gate! Think I need my head looked at!!!

Im in Kent currently and a lot of the yards have a website or their own facebook page so are pretty easy to find and check out facilities by pics before an actual visit. Yards in Wales just dont seem to do the same

I've lived in my village for twenty years and it was still word of mouth and a random phone call that found our yard even though it's almost on the doorstep...

I agree they are quite badly advertised - if at all... The suggestion of using a FB group in the area is a good one...

Yep definately a Wales thing! I know of about 20 within in 15 mile radius of where I live. Only 4 advertised only 3 are BHS. It's definately all word of mouth no websites etc & if you're lucky ads on tack shop pinboards.

Grrr, think i'm just going to have to drive around the places I found on google earth and see if they are a livery yard and ask a bit more. Seems crazy!!! Everything is so much better advertised in Kent and if you put up a post about a kent yard you'll get tons of replies x
