Just thought it might be worth a mentioning, although not horsey as such.
The yard we're on is part of a bigger set up (farmer converted cow barns into warehouses/offices) and last night some of the outdoor containers were broken into (and jet ski's stolen, of all things) These are the same metal containers you see used for sending goods abroad in. Securely padlocked.
Looks like it will have been gyspies- vans come on and off site all day so entirely possible they drove on, looked around and went off without it looking suspicious, plus the main security gates were locked at time of theft (overnight) (farm is otherwise surrounded by fields with ditches so they must have had a meaty vehicle to get in through a hedge).
Horse stuff and the actual warehouses haven't been broken into- yet.
But thought worth mentioning to anyone around the Nuneaton/Hinckley and surrounding rural areas to keep eyes open and everything locked up.
