You'll need an industrial sewing machine a domestic probably won't be upto the job.
Do you have any fittings such as male & female surcingle fittings, cavesson buckles, legstrap hooks, as well as binding, polypropylene webbing, velcro and materials like quilted numnah, cordura for outside rugs, stable quilt plus acrylic fleece or cotton for linings?
Oz :)

My wife has been trying this over the last few months, and she is only using a domestic machine, to make numnahs and exercise sheets and some festive hats and breast plates for our horses and friends. She will agree an industrial machine would be better. But sshe does a dmm good job.

We have industrial machines at my college (I'm studying fashion) and I'm hoping if I talk very nicely to my tutors I might be able to use them for horsey things ;)
