Preloved.co.uk is amazing!! very cheap tack! and also there is a saddlery near me (Eccleshall Saddlery) and they buy and sell second-hand tack and rugs etc. I went today to buy new tack for my tb and got everything i needed for £200! english leather saddle, leather girth, bridle, stirrup leathers, irons, market harborough!!! brillliant.
You could also try ebay?? i haven't bought from there but just a suggestion.
