Did if feel really weird to start with?

Ive finally found a sharer for Arch and I feel really uncomfortable about it all. Shes perfect and a really nice person and I think she'll get on really well with Arch and she seems to love him already, but Im just finding it all strange!
Im not good with change at the best of times, but Archie is my baby and I feel weird about me having a night off while some one else spends time with him!

Arch is still your horse at the end of the day. Its just that its new to you, but in time you'll probably adjust and feel better about it. If you don't then you could always go back to the way things were. Its probably a bit like taking your toddler to nursery, you're mum and you don't really want anyone else to be. Try and enjoy the bit of time to yourself and see how things go. Good luck.

I feel fine about it as I think its in mine and my horses interests and my horse isn't the sensitive type anyway!!! When you get used to it you will enjoy your night off and if you occasionally want a longer break or holiday! Well its nice to know you have someone you can trust to look after him and keep an eye.

I know how you are feeling!

I had a sharer for my last mare, I did worry about it at first but I had found the nicest person.

Recently I even contemplated getting one for beau, but I decided I woudl rather let him not be worked as much than possibly ruined, but he is my baby, the mare wasnt!
