Dear sir/madam

I am currently in my last year of university studying BSc (Hons) Equine Sports Therapy. I have chosen to look into trainers, jockeys and grooms perception and knowledge of manual therapies in the Irish racing industry. There is very little research carried out in Ireland on equine manual therapies and is an area that I am very interested in. With this research I hope to understand what therapies are used in the industry and why they are used, as well as having an in depth understanding and knowledge of equine manual therapies. I hope to possibly have this research published and to further my res.;earch in the future. To participate in this study you must be over the age of 18 and must not have trained or worked as an equine sports therapist. All information obtained will be held by Writtle College and may be used to inform other studies carried out by the college. Any enquiry regarding data protection should be addressed to the college secretary. Your participation is very much appreciated. (click on link above).

Kind Regards

Alissia Finn
