Perfect Night Last Night...... MMMmmmmmm

Night in with my OH, snuggled up on the bed, with a hot chocolate, and Olympia on the TV from 6.45 to 11pm!! Fabulous! And the best part was my OH actually enjoyed it (he is non-horsey) he was really getting into it, and stating how that rider had collapsed after the jump and how that horse had put in an extra stride.... I was astonished on how he had picked it all up!! He loved the Sheltland Grand National, and was amazed by the guy who had those 6 horses dancing around and laying down (sorry, can't remember his name!!)

Maybe next year, we will actually go watch it Live!!!

sounded like a lovely evening

I am so proud of my non horsey hubby also, after helping me out for a couple of months with the horses, he asked me last night if I could sort him out with riding lessons! I was completely stunned and got all teary

He has really built up so much confidence with the horses, and the bond that he has with them is beautiful

He said that he has got to grips with all the chores and would like to enjoy them also like a "proper horsie person"
