To all you sellers out there, there is hope at the end of the tunnel......
Had my lovely Mare up for sale she was everything i said in the ad a 15.2hh cob mare but got plagued by timewasters she was resonably priced but not a give away as didnt 'need' to give her away to get rid, as so many are advertised sadly at.
Had a lovely Lady ring up asked the right questions came and viewed, rode her for a 15 minute hack liked her put a deposit down collected her that weekend, no silly offer, no vettings, no hassle, home fab, horse happy, buyer delighted, as am I!
So if you are selling dont worry they are still out there.
Good luck all still selling, there is now one less on the market.

Great news! We found a lovely home for our pony in summer, after a lot of wierdos rang! The pony is doing great, we get bulletins after each show they do, and we even visited once. Its such a good feeling isn't it!

I have been extremley lucky to lately and had some great buyers. There are definitley genuine buyers out there however there are of course a lot of timewasters/want a free ride!!!

Thanks for the ray of hope - I have just wasted a day waiting for somone to view my chap, but who never turned up, with no phone call. To make things worse somone else wanted to view him today but decided to book them in next week as felt it was unfair on the horse to have 2 viewings in one day - that buyer has just called to cancel next weeks appt as went to see another today and have bought that instead!!
I have somone else viewing him on Fri so will have to keep my fingers crossed that they turn up, or at least have the courtesy to contact me if can't make it.......
