Peritonitis

Just wondering if anyone knew of any cases where the horses white blood cell count was still within the normal range and also heart rate etc also normal. Awaiting results on tests on gut fluid but just racking my brains for any ideas as to what could be wrong with pony. Vet mentioned it but said would be very rare due to above being normal.

Try putting it in the Vet col, as you may get an answer there
