I am so happy, I just had to share it. You probably won't remember but a while ago I was asking for information on my youngsters dam and sire, I knew they had been sold at
fairly local sales last year, and during which months. Anyway, my digging was fruitless and turned up nothing. The sire, despite being by appledore marengo was unregistered and I was begining to lose hope of tracing him, I really wanted some photos and to chart his career. I am so pleased to report that I have found him!!! He looks fantastic, I found an advert that seemed very much as if it could be him and spoke to his owner today who confirmed that he had been purchased at the sales last may when he was sold and that she ad purchased him 2 months later, she had no idea he was a daddy and talking to her it seems father and son are very similar in character, huuuuge buck in field!, cheeky, big babies, but at least she said daddy was a breeze to back (thank god! I really hope he takes after him on that!). It seems my boys daddy is quite the little star in the making
