I managed to get a new Heritage one on Ebay(cheapo but ok for everyday) in XF brown for my ID. It had a crank noseband though which I dont like plus it wasnt long enough so I did have to get my local saddler to get a plain hunt noseband for me instead. Even doing that I still came in at under £60 for the complete bridle.
Farra has one from Flyde. Though a clydesdale she does not have a huge head and needs XF but with full cheek pieces and a slighter shorter than XL in length noseband. They gave me a mixture of bits for my bridle and had the XF noseband shortened by 6 cm and it is a perfect fit. Not the cheapest but beautiful leather and they last for years.
There are lots of XF cheapies on ebay if you look.
I bought one off ebay too for my loan horse (wasn't going to get one made for her ;0) !). It's extra full, black, with padded poll, padded crank and flash, and came in at under £70 including laced reins... they were called "saddlery4u" I think....
