Personal Training Olympic Equestrian Game

Hey guys, I have a very curious question. I want to start training for an upcoming game with my friends in 4 weeks and I wanted to get into shape. I want to start training and would love any ideas that would help me be ready for the game. It would be much appreciated if anybody that has experienced personal training can give their input. Thank you all

I think we need a lot more information to be able to help, and 4 weeks isnt very long.

What level of fitness are you starting from?
What is required in the game?
Is it fitness only or do you need to improve any skills too?

If you're starting from no regular exercise, I'd recommend the couch to 5K programme to improve your basic fitness.
