Does anyone know if these can be made wider? I have the foam panel version but it is a tad too narrow now that horse has muscled up in front.

No they can't
I looked into having mine made wider as it is now that little bit to narrow for my mare but was told by a well respected saddler that because the are made on a latex tree that the process they go through to be made wider puts too much pressure on the tree and is likely to cause it to break either during the process or it will become considerably weaker and is likely to break in the future.
I was gutted because I love my Pessoa but as they don't come in extra wide i had to go down the new saddle route
and ended up with a extra wide H & C Ideal GP, its lovely but nowhere near al lovely as my Pessoa.
