So, I've been using my pessoa for quite a long time now, and have really felt some positive changes in my boy's way of going.

However, I lost the instructions (whoops), a while back and was wondering if anyone could tell me what the second setting for a pessoa is because I want to move him up a stage.

Thanks.

There is an article in Chiltern Rider which shows the 4 positions;

Point C(top) Dressage position recommended only for riders wish to obtain a high neck position for dressage
Point D high position. This position is similar to that of a horse when ridden. It helps develop the final muscles needed for the horse to be in perfect balance when cantering
Point E Middle position. This is an intermediate position, which helps the upper neck muscles to develop.
Point F Low position. The lines go through the pulleys attached to the bit, btwn the front legs & attach to the underside of the roller. This position is ideal to introduce the horse to the system & due to the tension on the spinal column it helps to bring the shoulders up.

Hope this helps
