Does anyone use them?

My cats have both had cystitis recently and I really cannot believe they are stressed, they both live the life of riley! One of my mum's friends at work mentioned her cat got cystitis a few times, and they bought them a pet fountain, and it seemed to clear it up as they haven't had another episode.

My cats don't seem to drink loads, but then I don't know what's normal for them really. I know the theory behind a pet fountain (they drink more and it's 'better' for them) but would like to know if anyone has had experiences?

Thanks

When my cat was ill(she's unfortunately passed away now) I bought her a fountain from pets at home and she really liked it. When she was pts I gave it to my mam for her cat who also likes it.
Wish I'd bought one sooner really.
They prefer it to a bowl of water.

I have one for my cats, had it for years. They love it and they prefer it to bowls. Gave one to my sister for all her foster kittens and they love it.

I have had a fountain for my cats for several years and they love it.

My 3 girls have never had cystitis but Sebastian gets it occasionally, I found that putting valerian root around the house worked really well. They either eat it, snort it or roll in it. The best £6 I have ever spent at the vets.
